Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any estimate, project, or service you request from Crusberg Fence LLC ("Crusberg Fence," "we," "us," or "our"), a family-owned, Virginia Class A licensed fence contractor (DPOR #2705194192) based in Yorktown, VA, serving York County, Newport News, and the Virginia Peninsula. By browsing this website, submitting a form, or calling or texting us, you agree to these terms.
About Our Services
We design, build, repair, remove, and maintain custom wood, ornamental aluminum, chain-link, vinyl/PVC, and pool-safety fencing, gates, custom decks, and related commercial and residential fencing work across the Virginia Peninsula. Service availability, materials, and scheduling vary by project and location.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are free and provided on-site, at no obligation. Because pricing depends on materials, length, terrain, access, and whether an existing fence must be removed, we do not quote firm prices over the phone or online. A written estimate is only considered final once it has been provided to you in writing after an in-person site visit.
Deposits, Payment & Scheduling
- A deposit is required to schedule your project, typically around 20% of the total, or closer to 50% for special-order materials, with the balance due on completion.
- We are typically booked three to four weeks out; stock materials are often available sooner, while special-order materials can take longer to arrive.
- We offer a 3% discount for military members.
Warranties
We guarantee the gates we build to be operational for one year from installation. Wood is a natural material that will move, weather, and age over time; we are happy to discuss what is guaranteed and what is normal wear for the material you choose before you commit to a project.
Communication
By calling, texting, or submitting a form on this website, you consent to being contacted by Crusberg Fence by phone, text, or email regarding your inquiry or project. We aim to respond the same day, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
