It started with Keith. He got into fencing at 19, working for a small family-owned shop called Hatch Fence, then spent about a decade contracting fence work for Sears before going on to manage operations for Hercules and Omega fence companies into his fifties. Somewhere in there, he learned everything the trade had to teach, much of it from the old-timers he worked alongside, including a family friend who first showed him how to build a fence right.

About twelve years ago, Keith decided to stop building other people's companies and start his own. Crusberg Fence grew out of that, and it is now run by his twin sons, Clint and Cole, who both work as owners, salesmen, and superintendents, with Keith still selling and lending forty years of judgment to the tough calls. The three of them grew up in the trade and have done this work their whole lives. Custom wood is what they are known for and what they love building most.
